The Challenge
Overview
eKopshti is our platform for kindergartens in Kosovo and Albania that replaces paperwork with a single, connected system for children, guardians, and staff. From registering classes and guardians to marking daily attendance and issuing monthly invoices, eKopshti keeps everyday kindergarten operations organized and accessible. We built it to be simple enough for busy staff while supporting the compliance and billing workflows centers actually need.
The Problem
Many kindergartens still run on paper registers, spreadsheets, and manual invoicing. Staff spend time on repetitive admin instead of working with children, guardians lack visibility into attendance and payments, and generating consistent records or PDF invoices in the local language adds unnecessary friction.
