InFair
AVGS-funded coaching for career reorientation in Germany
The Challenge
Overview
InFair is a website we built for a Bildungsakademie in Bremen, Germany, focused on labor-market qualification and individual coaching. The site presents the JobStart program — modular one-to-one coaching for job seekers — along with AZAV certification, AVGS funding information, and the academy's five coaching modules. We designed it to make a complex public-funding journey feel approachable and trustworthy.
The Problem
Education providers offering AVGS-funded coaching often struggle to explain eligibility, funding, and program structure online. Job seekers need clear answers about financing, module content, and next steps, while the academy needs a credible digital presence that reflects certification standards and local service.
Our Approach
The InFair website introduces JobStart with its five modular coaching blocks, explains AVGS and alternative funding paths, and answers common questions through structured FAQ content.
Visitors can explore services, understand AZAV certification, and reach the Bremen team for a consultation without navigating bureaucratic language alone.
